Breaking Up Fallowed Ground: A Prophetic Vision for the Church and America

Break Up Fallow Ground

Hey everyone, it's Conrad here, from ConradRocks.Net. Welcome back! I'm excited to share something deeply personal and, I believe, profoundly relevant with you today. I recently had a powerful, spiritual vision during prayer – actually, it's one of several I've experienced lately. I’m going to start sharing them with you, and I felt led to share this one first. It's something I've been pondering and praying about, and I truly believe it holds a crucial message for the church and for America right now. I believe this is a prophetic word for us. So, grab your coffee, settle in, and let's dig deeper together!

The Vision: A Heavenly Impact

In this particular vision, the very first thing I heard was a distinct phrase from Heaven: "Break up the fallowed ground." This wasn't just a whisper; it was a clear, authoritative command. Immediately after hearing that phrase, I saw a huge metal object. It looked like a giant steel punch press, something industrial and powerful. It was like a beam from heaven, and I could sense it was a supernatural instrument. This object struck the Earth with an incredibly loud boom, shaking the very ground. As it struck, dust and dead leaves shot into the air, and then slowly began to settle back down. The vision was both awe-inspiring and sobering.

Personal Reflections and Ponderings

The phrase "break up the fallowed ground" really resonated with me. Over the last few days, I’ve spent time in prayer and reflection, seeking the Lord's heart about this vision. I’m always seeking the spiritual meaning behind the things God reveals. It feels weighty, a call to action, and I think it’s something we as believers need to take seriously. It was clear that the shaking was not an ordinary shaking. It was deliberate and prophetic.

Biblical Connections and Teachings

Let’s unpack the symbolism a bit. When the object struck the earth, I was immediately reminded of Matthew 24:29: "Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken." This isn’t just about end-times; it speaks to a principle. God’s will in Heaven always precedes His will on Earth. The supernatural realm is always the catalyst. Think about how God speaks in the Bible; things are declared, and then they manifest. We need to pay close attention to what is being declared from Heaven right now.

The dust rising and settling is symbolic of the people; we are the dust of the Earth. We are reminded in scripture that from dust we came and to dust we shall return. But the dead leaves – those stood out to me. Those dead leaves represent dead works from a dead tree. Where was the fruit? I didn't see it. There were only leaves. This is the opposite of Psalms 1:1-6. These verses describe a righteous person as a tree planted by the rivers of water, always having access to the life-giving source that brings forth fruit, with leaves that do not wither. They are fruitful, and always fertile. In contrast, the dead leaves of my vision, represent those not connected to the river that flows from the throne room of God. Those not meditating on the Lord day and night. Those leaves are from dead works, they're ungodly and unproductive. We need to ask ourselves, are our works alive or dead?

The Significance of "Break Up the Fallowed Ground"

Let's dig into the core of this vision. The phrase, "break up the fallowed ground," carries immense weight. It’s not just a suggestion, it’s a directive. We are called to action! This ties in so well to Hosea 10:12-13, which says "Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the Lord, till he come and reign righteousness upon you. You have plowed wickedness, you have reaped iniquity; you have eaten the fruit of lies: because you did trust in your way, in the multitude of your mighty men."

Hosea lived out a spiritual message of an unfaithful Israel, so this message is deeply relevant to us today. It’s a message for the church in America and perhaps even the world. Instead of continuing to plow in wickedness – and let’s be honest, as a nation, we’re plowing in a lot of wickedness with abortion, murder, and the normalization of so much sin - we are called to sew in righteousness and reap mercy. It’s time to break up the fallowed ground in our hearts, our lives, our churches, and our nation.

Jeremiah also speaks to this in Jeremiah 4:3-4, "For thus saith the Lord to the men of Judah and Jerusalem, Break up your fallow ground, and sow not among thorns. Circumcise yourselves to the Lord, and take away the foreskins of your heart, ye men of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem: lest my fury come forth like fire, and burn that none can quench it because of the evil of your doings.” We can see that the call to break up fallow ground is not new. The Lord has been calling for this for millennia. These scriptures are a prophetic call for our hearts to return to Him! We can't just ignore the abominations we are doing in the sight of the Lord, both individually and as a nation.

Jeremiah continues to say, "Declare ye in Judah, and publish in Jerusalem; and say, Blow ye the trumpet in the land." This connects to another recent observation; I've been hearing reports of strange, shophar-like noises all over the planet. Many people have been capturing them on video. I’ll include a link to my previous YouTube video on this phenomenon in the show notes, but it made me wonder: could these be God blowing His Heavenly shophars? Are these signals that His will is about to be manifest on Earth? It's worth pondering in light of 2 Peter 3:10, which speaks of the heavens passing away "with a great noise." The noise in the vision was like the ground shaking. It wasn't a supernatural sound of joy; it was a weighty, powerful rumble.

Fallow Ground and the Sower

The term "fallow ground" refers to land that has been left unseeded, uncultivated, and inactive. It's not in use, not producing. In the New Testament, Jesus uses the parable of the sower to talk about different types of soil, which parallels this very concept. This connects to the idea that we’ve been letting the wild things grow and have not been taking care of our spiritual field here in America. We need to ask the Lord to send laborers into the Harvest. Mark 4:3-20 illustrates how some seed falls by the wayside, some on stony ground (fallow ground), some among thorns, and some on good ground.

The seed is the Word of God, the prophetic declarations, and the supernatural revelations. We as believers are the sowers, charged with spreading the Word. But, we cannot spread the word and then leave it to wither. We must create disciples. When we sow the word in someone’s life and then fail to disciple them, it’s like the seed that falls on stony ground, or amongst the thorns. Satan steals away the word sown into the hearts of people. We are called to cultivate and nurture the seed so that it produces the fruits of righteousness, and not just a bunch of dead leaves that are unproductive.

We need to deal with the roots, uproot them. We need to get the rocks out of the way and then plow the land.

This vision is not just an interesting story or a great prophetic word. It’s a call to action, and it's a call to repentance. It's a call to proactively break up the fallow ground in our lives, our families, our churches, and our communities. This means actively pursuing righteousness, seeking the Lord daily, and not just sitting by, letting weeds take over. It is time for Team Jesus to rise up! This isn't passive; it's active, requiring us to work in His power. We need to plow the land in prayer and allow the Lord of the Harvest to send laborers into that harvest.

We need to be the laborers that God has called us to be, by being actively involved in our communities, and our cities. We cannot be silent. We have a message of salvation, of grace, and of hope, and we need to be sharing it with others. When we sew the word that the Heavenly Father gives us, we are meant to speak it out loud and not keep it silent.

This is the call to engage. This is what the National Day of Prayer is all about. We need to pray and take action to break up the fallow ground in this nation.

Conclusion

My friends, this vision is a reminder that God is speaking and is wanting us to partner with Him in these critical times. The phrase “break up the fallow ground” is a charge to cultivate not just the earth around us, but more importantly, the spiritual soil of our hearts and minds. Let’s be intentional about seeking His presence, sowing seeds of righteousness, and breaking free from the dead works that hinder us. Let’s allow this prophetic vision to spark a fire in us.

Remember, tomorrow I’ll be sharing another powerful vision about a large flow of air and how it relates to what we're experiencing now, so be sure to tune in.
